About Us
Black Cat Civil has been operating in the civil, mining and construction
industries since 2006, and has a growing list of projects completed as
preferred suppliers with clients nationally.
Originally founded as Black Cat Queensland by Brendan Flynn and Jai
Tomlinson, our company has grown to become a leading civil construction
plant hire company with an outstanding reputation for delivering safe, cost

Our Services (Civil Construction)
Black Cat Civil provides services for clients operating in local government, civil
construction, mining, rail and land development nationally.
Our experienced staff of engineers, project managers, supervisors, OH&S and environmental
advisors, skilled certified operators and service technicians are capable of any sized
infrastructure projects in civil works, earthmoving, road construction and land development.
Our machines are fully equipped with the latest Trimble GCS900, UTS and GPS laser systems
and each grader has the option of a supporting SPS730 Robotic Total Station, rover and all the
associated equipment.
