Our summer cottage is ideally located within walking distance from the beach and a short
bike ride to town. The cottage has been in our family for over forty years. The
accommodations are basic yet comfortable, with three bedrooms upstairs that can
comfortably sleep a family of six, two queen beds, one set of twin beds, one and one-half
baths plus an outdoor shower, and an open living area downstairs with a full kitchen, cable
television, and wood stove. The house fronts onto Cliff Road near Crooked Lane, and is
backed by beautiful, open conservation land. Rental runs from Sunday to Sunday, no
smoking allowed. Rental is limited to family or group of mature adults. Ferry required
and if you are planning on taking a car, ferry reservations are required.
**There is a $150 cleaning fee in addition to winning bid.

Three Days/Two Nights, Cape Cod Eastham Escape!

Our cottage "Pilot House" just steps from a private, sandy beach with a panoramic view of
the bay in North Eastham is offered for an off-season weekend before June 15 or after
September 15, subject to availability, good for one year. It is located at the end of a sandy
lane in a quiet area of family cottages. The deck is just steps from a beach access stair,
shared with our neighbors. The cottage sleeps 6 with the loft area accessed by a fixed
ladder, in addition to a queen bed and 2 twin beds in the main floor bedrooms. The
kitchen is fully equipped and a small charcoal grill is also available for barbecuing.
Includes washer/dryer, cable TV and VCR.
Linens are not provided. A cleaning fee of $50 will be required in addition to the winning
bid, please leave everything as you found it, clean with all dishes washed and put away.
No smoking, pets are negotiable.
