One of three poperties where it is all about location, location, location and as per the name of the nearest town it is
only 7 minute’s drive from the beaches.
Kerfany Beach is only 7 minute’s drive and this is typical of the little bays dotted around the coastline.
Outside it has a lovely private garden. To get to the house, there is a lane from the main road, approximately one
kilometre long which takes you past the entrance to the 15th century exclusive boutique manoir hotel, where you
will be made welcome if you drop in for a drink at their bar (no restaurant) which will take you about a two minute
walk. The grounds are extensive, and they welcome people to stroll around the woodlands and fields. There is also
a fast running stream running through the land, but not close to the houses.
