I have the pleasure to address you with respect to the Extraordinary Meeting of
Ministers of Foreign Affairs which was held on March 14th in the city of Mitad del
Mundo.
With that respect, hereby are attached Spanish final versions of the communiqués
approved on that Extraordinary Meeting.
Versions in the rest of the official languages of the Union are being translated by the
General Secretariat and will be sent as soon as possible.
