Important information for BTTD 2015 participants (New)

**1. The accommodation for the outstation participants is arranged as follows:

**2. For industrial visit, the following dress code should be followed:
Full Shoes (Preferably Full Leather shoes; NO Sandal or slipper is allowed)
It is preferred that participants wear cotton shirt and full pant.
**3. The technical programme, the list of registered participants and other details are available on the
seminar website.
As we have received a large number of registration requests, we are compelled to restrict the number of
participants from different colleges due to limited resources and other constraints. All the authors of
poster and oral presentations are / will be definitely registered on request.
THE FINAL LIST OF COLLEGEWISE REGISTERED PARTICIPANTS ARE GIVEN IN THE
WEBSITE.
**4. The oral presentation duration is 10 minutes followed by 2 minutes of discussion. Please note that
you must upload your presentation well before your technical session commences.
**5. The poster size is 1189 mm x 841mm (A0 size) and in PORTRAIT FORMAT ONLY. You will be
provided with the board pins and double-sided tape to paste your posters on the boards.
**6. On the spot registration timing is from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM on 09.04.2015, followed by
inauguration and technical sessions. Please make your schedule such that you keep up with the timing.
**7. Bus services will be available for pick up of all the participants residing in the JRD sports complex
at 8:00 AM on 09.04.2015 and 8:30 AM on 10.03.2015.
**8. You have to make your own arrangement for coming from station to JRD Sports complex & return
to station from there.
**9. Accommodation (Separate hall for boys & separate hall for girls) will be provided from BTTD at
JRD complex from 8th April morning to 11th April morning. Any one coming before or leaving after has
to make his/her own arrangement for accommodation.
