The Walk Away Scheme Taking the stress out of moving The Walk Away Scheme - A voluntary cleaning and gardening scheme that aims to take the stress out of moving. However, there are some key things to note: You must leave your property ‘hygienically’ clean. This means that all surfaces, including floors, are clear and that no rubbish has been left in the property. All food must be removed and all sanitary ware must be flushed. Failure to do so may incur additional charges, even if you have paid for the scheme. And, it’s important to note that this scheme is completely separate to any damages that may have occurred to the property during your occupation, you will be charged separately for these at Move Out. Step 7 You can now hand over your keys and walk away without having to worry about the cleaning ……..
