GENERAL INFORMATION
CONDUCT: It is the responsibility of the exhibitor, trainer and spectator to
conduct themselves in a civilized and sportsmanlike manner. All children must
be accompanied/supervised by an adult.
ENTRY FEES and DEADLINE: Entry fee is $15 per class if entry is received by
Wednesday, April 8th. All entries received after the deadline will be subject to a $5
per class late fee. A $15.00 office and awards fee will be charged for every horse &
rider combination. Gambler’s Choice Entry Fee is $40. See below for rules. Once
the show has started, proper notification of a scratch must be made to the show
secretary BEFORE the start of the class or classes being scratched. CURRENT
COGGINS MUST BE PRESENTED FOR ALL HORSES ON THE GROUNDS.

Please include name of rider, horse, barn affiliation, age division and phone.
Individual class numbers must be specified.
RETURNED CHECKS: A $25.00 fee will be charged for all returned checks.
DOGS: No dogs may be brought on property.
ATTIRE: SEI APPROVED HELMETS MUST BE WORN BY ALL RIDERS WHILE
MOUNTED. Riders must be properly attired. Numbers must be worn and clearly
visible. May wear solid color polo shirts with collars, and show coats are not
required. Half Chaps may be worn. No helmets required for Western Dressage –
Cowboy Hats may be worn.
RIBBONS, PRIZES and CHAMPIONSHIP: All classes receive a 1st place prize
and 6 ribbons. Division Champion will receive ribbon & prize. Division Reserve
Champion will receive ribbon. Dressage Tests of Choice will be judged but no
ribbons or prizes will be awarded. Gambler’s Choice cash winnings explained below.
ALL PRIZES/RIBBONS AWARDED MUST BE PICKED UP ON SHOW DAY.
FOOTING: Ashley Covered Arena is 100’ x 200’ with improved sand footing. Triple
B Outdoor Jumping Arena is 250’ x 350’ with all-weather sand footing. Mustang
Dressage Arena is 20x60 meters with improved sand footing.
CHANGES: Management reserves the right to change, cancel or combine classes,
alter courses and do all things necessary to compensate for excessive or inadequate
entries. Divisions with less than 3 entries may be canceled.
CONCESSIONS: Available Sunday 7:00 am to conclusion of show. Sponsored by
Rho Alpha Gamma – all proceeds are used for facilities enhancement & operation.
RESPONSIBILITY:
Submission of entry to these shows constitutes an agreement to the following:
Exhibitor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless BuckBranch Farm against any claim, demands, costs and
expenses, including reasonable attorney fee for the defense thereof, arising from the conduct or
management of Exhibitor’s business or its use of the premises or from any breach on the part of Exhibitors of
any conditions of this Agreement, or contractors, agents, employees, guests, or invitees in or about the
premises. In case of any action or proceeding brought against BuckBranch Farm by reason of any such
claim, exhibitor, upon notice, covenants to defend such action or proceeding by council acceptable to owner.
Exhibitor is responsible for his/her own property. BuckBranch Farm is not responsible for accidents, fire or
theft.

Gambler’s Choice
This is an exciting event where the exhibitors choose their own course, with each fence cleared worth a
given amount of points based on difficulty. The entry who accumulates the most points within a set time
limit on course is the winner.
This class will run in the Jumper Ring at the end of each Division, so that riders at all height levels can
have a chance to compete. Riders in all divisions will compete for the same prize money pot.
Entry Fee is $40
$20 will go to the Prize Money Pot
The prize money pot will be divided as follows:
50% to First Place
30% to Second Place
20% to Third Place
Any rider entering the Gambler’s Choice must also enter at least one other class in the show.
Gambler’s Choice Classes are not considered in Division Standings
