Photos will be exhibited in the BURBANK CENTRAL LIBRARY Auditorium from Friday, MARCH 13 BEST OF SHOW through Thursday, APRIL 16, 2015. Colin Dunleavy All entries are on display, including photos that were disqualified due to incorrect size. The open enrollment period ended February 15th, but Covered California is offering a time-limited extension of the opportunity to enroll for health coverage for consumers who did not realize there was a tax penalty in 2014 or recently learned they may face a penalty in 2015.
