Alastair Campbell. Keynote Speaker.
One of the top names in public and political life, Alastair Campbell is a writer,
communicator and strategist who is best known for his role as Prime Minister Tony Blair’s
spokesman, press secretary and director of communications and strategy.
Mr. Campbell is active in politics in Britain and overseas and splits his time between
writing, speaking, charitable fundraising, consultancy and campaigns. He has written ten
books in the past seven years, including six volumes of diaries, three novels, and a personal
memoir on depression and the pursuit of happiness. A former ‘Mind Champion of the
Year’, he is an ambassador for the Time to Change campaign to raise awareness about
mental illness and continues to advise the Labour Party as well as being a visiting Professor
on media at the University of Cambridge.
His latest book – ‘Winners’ – has just been published, copies of which are available for each
delegate, thanks to the generous sponsorship of Pureflo.

John Dundon. BWCA Chairman.
John’s career in water coolers started in 1994 when he joined Buxton Spring as Managing
Direct. In 1997 he founded First Choice, subsequently acquired in 2000 by Nestle. As
MD, John grew the combined group to 100,000 + coolers in 3 years by organic growth and
acquisitions. In 2003 he formed Angel Springs – a merger of 3 companies. At the end of
2014 Angels Springs was acquired by Castik Capital.
Amy Lathrop Visser. Senior Market Consultant, Zenith International.
Amy Lathrop Visser is part of Zenith’s Commercial Consulting team, specialising in the
Middle Eastern and African food and beverage markets. Since joining Zenith, she has been
involved in numerous global projects across a number of categories, including bottled water,
dairy, packaging materials and water coolers.
Amy is experienced in market quantification, forecasting, strategic planning and
competitive analysis. Prior to joining Zenith, Amy spent more than 10 years conducting
due diligence research for private equity deals and developing post-acquisition strategic
growth plans. She has an International MBA, speaks Brazilian Portuguese and is currently
learning Spanish.
