Membership applicants shall be sponsored by a CGTF member, recommended by their agency/department and be subject to the approval of the CGTF advisory board. Applicants must attend at least three (3) meetings within twelve month period for membership eligibility. Applicants shall fully complete the CGTF application form. A thorough explanation shall be provided to question #2, "ASSIGNMENT AND REASON FOR ATTENDANCE". The explanation shall include the applicant's job assignment title, what duties the job assignment entails and how these duties meet the previously stated CGTF duty criteria. Additionally, applicants must list three (3) most current meetings attended (months or locations). Please return the completed application, with this letter, to the CGTF coordinators at: Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation 2880 Sunrise Blvd, Suite 130 Rancho Cordova, CA 95742 Attn: CGTF Ernie Gomez, Supervising Investigator Orange County District Attorney’s Office Mike Ortiz, Intelligence Officer Sacramento Intelligence Unit Federal Bureau of Prisons Treasurer Secretary Anita Hagen Staff Services Analyst CA Dept. of Corrections and Rehabilitation Individuals may also attend a CGTF meeting(s) as the guest of a CGTF member. Guests shall meet the same employment criteria as members, excluding duty criteria. Guests shall attend the meeting in company with sponsoring member. Guest applications will be provided at the door.
