School reopens on April 1, 2015
Dear Parents,
Congratulations! Your child is going to class 2.
Books & stationery can be purchased from the school bookshop on March 24 from 9am 4pm. In case you are unable to make it on this day, you can purchase them from March 27March 29. The use of plastic bags and packaging is discouraged in the school. Please bring
your own cloth bags to carry stationery items. A hand-bag is available at the bookshop for Rs
15/-.
Also note:
All students have to come to their old class on Day 1. The new class teacher will come to the
old class, escort the students and take them to the new class.
Children can come in summer uniform on the first day of school.
Do not cover the notebooks with plastic covers or brown paper. If absolutely necessary use
old newspaper. Do not use name stickers. Let the child write his name himself.
Children are instructed not to get all their books and copies on the first day. They should
come with the school diary, all the notebooks, the English & Hindi course book and one story
book. Subsequently, the class teacher will give instructions for the rest of the books.
Lunch from school is optional for class II. In case you are interested please ensure that you
fill up the lunch option form and return to your child’s class 1 teacher.
The following activities start in class I as part of their curriculum:
a) Taekwondo b) Pottery c) Indoor Games d) Jazz e) Skating
f) Language Enrichment
