Dear Parents,
Your child is now entering ‘Big School’ which is an important turning point in her life.
Here are some notes to help you organize the start of the school year.
To help your child stay away from home without undue anxiety and get an opportunity
to explore her class well, we have divided the children into three groups. The list of
children in the different groups with their joining instructions will be put up in your
child’s classroom.
Schedule for Books and Stationery :Books & stationery can be purchased from the school bookshop from 9 am to 2 pm,
Monday to Friday.
Parents of children of Group 1 should handover the books and stationery to the class
teacher on 8.4.15 (Wednesday), from 8.00 am to12.30 pm in their respective classrooms.
Parents of children of Group 2 should hand over the books and stationery to the class
teacher on 6.4.15 (Monday), from 8.00 am to12.30 pm in their respective classrooms.
Parents of children of Group 3 should hand over the books and stationery to the class
teacher on 7.4.15 (Thursday), from 8.00 am to12.30 pm in their respective classrooms.
The use of plastic bags and packaging is discouraged in the school. Please bring your
own cloth bags to carry stationery items. A hand-bag is available at the bookshop for
Rs. 15/-.
Uniforms for class Nursery will also be available at the school book shop.
Lunch will be provided to the children from the school canteen, so the children are only
expected to carry their school diary, 1 clean napkin and their aprons in their school bag.
The apron - napkin sets will be available with the class teachers at a cost of Rs 150/The following activities will be a part of the Nursery curriculum:
