Once again, the Cornell Club of Cape Cod invites local alumni of Ivy League and other
colleges and universities to celebrate the start of summer at a traditional New England Clambake
featuring "lobstahs, steamahs, chowdah," etc. (steak or chicken also available) served under the
direction of Cornellian Brad Boyd, Hotel '72, owner/chef of the Dennis Inn and caterer to our
previous clambakes.
Social Hour: 4:30 PM
Enjoy wine, beer, soft drinks and passed hors d' oeuvres around the
pool and patio. The clambake will be served indoors - rain or shine!
Clambake: 6:00 PM
Menu includes
Homemade Clam Chowder
Steamers and Mussels
Sweet Italian Sausage
Lobster, Chicken or Steak
Com on the Cob
Red Bliss Potatoes
Homemade Cole Slaw
Watermelon & Coffee.
Cost is $56.00 per person payable by check made out to "The Cornell Club of Cape Cod."
Includes beverages, snacks, tax and gratuity
Directions: Take Route 6A to the Town of Dennis. Turn north onto Hope Lane, and right onto
Whig Street. Proceed three short blocks, turning left onto Scarsdale Road. The Dennis Inn is on the
left (508-385-6571).
