Companies fabricating, distributing and installing high-quality “custom & make-to-order” tarps and tarp related components
Companies engineering, manufacturing and distributing high-quality load control or related products
Companies designing and making “custom-made” products (lightweight materials aluminum or plastic) for the transportation
industry including truck, trailer, and railcar
Companies with a mature or growing market position within Europe or South America
Sales of $1 million and greater
Solid customer relationships
