$200 MILLION CELEBRATION POINTE ANNOUNCES LUXURY THEATER
Regal Cinemas Will Open a 10-Screen, State-of-the-Art Theatre
GAINESVILLE, Fla., May 15, 2015—The developer of Celebration Pointe, a 225-acre
mixed-used regional development located in Gainesville, Fla. announced today that Knoxville,
Tenn.-based Regal Entertainment Group (NYSE:RGC) will open a 10-screen reserved-seating
luxury theatre at Celebration Pointe. Celebration Pointe partner Ralph Conti made the
announcement.
“We are very excited to be announcing Regal as one of our major entertainment
components at Celebration Pointe,” said Conti. “They are a best-in-class operator and will be
bringing a first-to-market experience to the project and the region. The luxury theatre experience
will be new to the market, and the energy derived from the theatre will be highly complimentary
and symbiotic to our strong mix of uses.”
At Celebration Pointe, guests will be invited to Wine, Dine and Recline in this new stateof-the-art theatre featuring Regal King Size Recliners providing more room, comfort and true
luxury. Each recliner will have an electric control for multiple positions and features padded
footrests. The luxury experience continues in the lobby where a full bar will be available with
adjacent lounge seating, providing a place to chat and relax before and after the show.

Celebration Pointe and bringing a luxury cinema to the area,” said Ken Thewes, chief marketing
officer for Regal Entertainment Group. “The project’s uniqueness and scale, highly visible
location along Interstate 75, and great regional access were all very attractive to us. The luxury
amenities at our new theatre will certainly impress our guests and attract movie-goers from a
wide region.”
Regal Celebration Pointe 10 will also offer the Regal Crown Club to reward frequent
guests. Regal fans can access their card through their mobile device for easy access on-the go
by downloading the Regal Movies app. Users can program their favorite theatre, gather movie
information, select showtimes and purchase tickets. The Regal Crown Club is the number one
theatre loyalty program in the country, allowing patrons to accumulate credits at the box office
and concession stand to earn free popcorn, soft drinks and movies. Free membership is
available at the theatre or online.
Located at the intersection of Interstate 75 and Archer Road, the $200 million, 1 millionsquare-foot Celebration Pointe will feature a mix of approximately 400,000-square-feet of
entertainment, outlet retail and restaurants uses. Anchored by Bass Pro Shops and Regal
Theatre, the project will also contain approximately 350,000-square-feet of Class-A office space
including the new home of transportation software giant Info Tech. A new 137-room Hotel
Indigo will introduce the area’s first branded boutique hotel experience. When completed the
project will contain a mix of approximately 1,000 first-to-market residential units.

Site clearing began in August 2014 and public infrastructure work commenced in April of
this year. Phase I of Celebration Pointe is slated to open in Fall 2016.
