The price per week is calculated based on study weeks and exclude study breaks. For example, a student who is enrolled for 28 weeks (24 study + 4 break) will only need to pay for 24 weeks. *To
take advantage of this long package, students must pay a non-refundable deposit of at least $500 per course. **The weekly price only applies to English courses in the package in addition to the fixed
course price for VET courses. (eg: EAP 1 + EAP 2 + Cert IV + Diploma --> $199/week for EAP1+EAP2 + $5,800 for the VET Course)

CONDITIONS:
Student visa holders can take a study break if they
meet the following criteria:
-The student has no outstanding fees.
-The student’s attendance record is no less
than 80%.
-Study breaks are requested when applying
for enrollment at Chambers Institute (with
an agent or in writing directly to Chambers
Institute) and the period of breaks will be prearranged in the Letter of Offer.
-Each study break is no longer than 3 weeks
and can only be taken after 12 weeks of study.
-The student is not entitled to study breaks if
the condition of study breaks is not included in
their CoE dates.
-An application for a break must be made
directly with reception at least 10 working
days prior to going for a break.
-Students under 18 years old must seek a
parent’s/guardian’s approval before applying
for a break.
-Working Holiday and Tourist visa holders do
not have attendance obligations and can have a
more flexible study break arrangement.
-Holidays might not be granted on weeks
5,6,11 or 12. (Testing weeks)
