reputed/branded agencies are invited for the allotment of one Food Court
(20’x30’). The allotment will be made to the agency, who offer highest bid
during the auction for the above said food court, where the successful bidder will
have
the
liberty
to
sell
all
the
food
items/eatables.
The
interested
parties/agencies may reach at Exhibition Ground, Sector-34, Chandigarh on 1504-2015 at 11:00 AM for auction of the food court. For detailed terms and

The allottee’s will arrange the electricity connection from the main
junction and water arrangement at his own level/cost.
The agency should be having valid VAT number.
The agency should be having food license issued by the Competent
Authority and having annual sale of Rs.20.00 lakh. Proof of balance sheet
for the last year duly attested by C.A may also bring at the time of
auction.
The party who intends to join in the bid have to deposit Rs.15,000/- in
cash with the cashier Tourism Department as Security before the auction.
50% amount of the highest bid should be deposited on the fall of hammer
and balance before 2 days of the event.
The reserved price of the auction of food court will be Rs.1,00,000/- (Two
lac only).
The area will be specified/allotted by the Committee constituted by
Director Tourism, Chandigarh Administration. Allotment will be made to
the agency/individual who gives the highest bid for a stall during the
auction on the basis of highest bid.
The payment should be deposited in cash advance before 5 days of the
event on the allotment of Food Court.
The allottee will ensure the hygiene and constant cleanliness of the food
court throughout the tenure of Chandigarh Adventure Sports Carnival
2015.
The allottee will directly deal with settlement of taxes as may be
applicable.
The allottee will abide by all the rules & regulations of Chandigarh
Administration for the sale of above said items.
The food items will be of best quality and allottee should not sale items
more than the printed MRP.
The allottee will be responsible for any untoward incident during the
Chandigarh Adventure Sports Carnival 2015 at the food court being put
up by the agency.
No music will be allowed in the stall.
Fire safety in stall will be the responsibility of party.
Violation of any of the terms & conditions will lead to cancellation of stall
immediately.
