INTERNATIONAL TOURNAMENT DEAF
the Jubilee of the 90th anniversary of the birth of Ludwik Kaminski
PSZCZYNA 14-19 JULY 2015
I. The organizers:

4. Polish Association of Sports for the Deaf in Lublin
5. Hetman Sports Club of the Deaf in Lukow
II. Sponsors:

2. Ministry of Sport and Tourism
III. goal of the tournament
- to celebrate the 90th birthday of the oldest living chess player deaf Ludwik Kaminski
- integration of the participants
- popularization Pszczyna
- select the best deaf participants
- obtain a higher category of domestic and ELO
IV. Conditions of Participation
- Deaf people have hearing loss in the better ear at least 55 decibels.
- in the case of a large number of applications, the organizers reserve the limiting
applications.
V. Time and place
- 14-19 July 2015, Sports Hall Municipal Centre for Recreation and Sports the street

VI. The Tournament:
- 9-round Swiss System
- pace of the game P-60 '+ 30 seconds per move
- tournament FIDE rules apply
- the order of the players in the Swiss system to decide the rules of the Code of Chess
and the rules established during the technical meeting.
VII. Awards:
- Cups for taking the first three places for women and men
- Prizes for winning six first places among women and ten places among men
VIII. Accommodation and catering:
- Hotel PTTK Pszczyna the street Bogedaina 16
- The cost of accommodation, meals covered by the organizers
