The programme has been designed to: • • • Enhance knowledge of the latest developments in the industry Provide advice on career development Allow members and non-members to find out more about CIWM The conference also offers the opportunity to share ideas and experiences with others that are new to the industry, in a relaxed and friendly environment. By signing you agree to accept the booking terms as set out below. Cancellation Policy • • • • • If written notice is received 28 days before the event is due to commence 10% of the fee will apply. If less than 28 days, but more than 14 days written notice is received 25% of the event fee will apply. In the case of non-attendance or less than 14 days written notice the full fee will apply. Substitute delegates will be accepted as long as the membership department is notified prior to the event commencing. We reserve the right to cancel the event if minimum delegate numbers are not met. At least 14 days notice will be given of cancellation. On this basis, we advise that you do not make confirmed travel arrangements more than 14 days before the event or until joining instructions have been received.
