Art for Mental Health Hosted by Mental Health Rights Coalition, 20 Emerald Street South, 1 pm.
Rejuvenate & Participate Hosted by Hamilton Regional Indian Centre, an evening of free family fun
activities and workshops. Takes place from 3 pm to 7:30 pm at 34 Ottawa St. N., Hamilton. For more

Retrospeculation: A Totally Mental Recovery Story Takes place at St. Joseph’s Healthcare
Hamilton, West 5th Auditorium (100 West 5th St.) at 7 pm. Tickets $15 (or PWYC) at the door or on line
Mental Health Information Fair & BBQ Lunch Takes place at Hamilton City Hall, 71 Main Street
West, from 11 am to 2 pm. Local mental health & addiction services will provide information about the
programs and services they offer. Hosted by the 2015 Mental Health Week Committee (Canadian Mental
Health Association Hamilton, City of Hamilton, Hamilton Mental Health Outreach, Hamilton Program for
Schizophrenia, St. Joseph’s Healthcare Hamilton, Schizophrenia Society of Ontario - Hamilton/Niagara

Art Crawl The Mental Health Week Committee will be presenting at the Art Crawl. A selection of art
created by consumers of mental health services will be available for purchase. Takes place at the CBC
building, 118 James Street North, Hamilton from 6:00 to 9:00 pm.
Truly. Madly. Deeply. Mental Health Rights Coalition is pleased to present Truly. Madly. Deeply., a
group exhibition of visual art. Opening reception takes place at You Me Gallery, 330 James St. N., 7 to
10 pm. More than 15 artists will present their artwork that contribute to the conversation around mental

Multicultural Wellness Fair The Good Shepherd and the Hamilton Centre for Civic Inclusion will host
35 Aikman Avenue at 1 pm. All are welcome to celebrate with us.
a Multicultural Wellness Fair to provide information on services available to the diverse communities in
Hamilton. This event takes place at St. Patrick’s School, 20 East Avenue South from 10:30 am to 2:30
pm. There will be information booths on mental health and addictions, counselling services, physical well
being, housing and nutrition to name a few. There will also be multicultural performances and
multicultural finger food.
