PRODUCTION TIME
Production time begins after approval of artwork, confirmation that ship
date is within an acceptable lead time, and pre-payment. Production time
for most products is 3 business days unless specified. Production time may
vary by product and season. Contact us to confirm current production time
estimates.
PRESS-READY ARTWORK
Press-ready graphic files should be submitted in a vector-based format.
MAC file names must be appended with the correct file extension.
Artwork generated in the following software programs is accepted:
Preferred: Adobe Illustrator files saved in AI, EPS, or PDF format with all
text turned to outline. Artwork created in any other program will be imported
into Illustrator. Please prepare artwork files accordingly.
Also Accepted: Acrobat PDF (Press Quality); Adobe Photoshop files saved
in TIFF, PSD or EPS formats, 300 DPI or higher.
GENERAL GUIDELINES FOR ARTWORK
Minimum Type Size: 6 pt.
Minimum Line Thickness: .5 pt.
Bleeds require a 1/8” margin past the die cut edge of the product.
RGB files must be converted to CMYK.
PMS (Pantone Matching System) colors must be converted to CMYK.
Embed backgrounds in artwork or submit backgrounds with digital artwork
file.
If artwork does not meet specifications, an Art Fee will be charged based
on the amount of time needed to bring up to specifications. Prices will
vary. Contact us for details. File may be sent on a CD or USB drive via
mail or via email. Emailed artwork should be sent to: orders@cmisigns.
com. Please reference purchase order number in the subject line of email.
When emailing revised artwork, please mark it as “REVISED” in subject line.
ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, checks, and money orders.
Third party checks will not be accepted. Insufficient funds, returned checks
and other delays in receipt of payment will delay production and may affect
ability to meet specified in hands date. Pre-payment is required for all
orders.
RETURNS
Returns must have prior approval or return shipment will be refused. Returns
over 30 days old will not be accepted. Custom imprinted merchandise may
not be returned unless shown to be defective or a factory error. In the rare
case of factory error, we reserve the right to choose whether to remake the
merchandise or refund the net price of the defective product.
CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

All orders cannot be cancelled after approval of artwork. Any and all
changes to orders are subject to prior approval and must be submitted in
writing. Changes will not be accepted once a product has been imprinted or
on the day an order is scheduled to ship.

ART APPEARANCE
We are not responsible for detecting errors in customer supplied art/copy.
We assume no liability for how the art or imprint “appears” on a product. A
production sample can be requested and approved.
Unless otherwise instructed, we reserve the right to rearrange or change
copy to meet factory printing specifications. Layout will be followed as
closely as possible.
LIMITED LIABILITY
Disclaimer of Liability: Any and all warranties, whether expressed or implied,
including, but not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability
or fitness for particular purpose. In no event shall we be liable for any
incidental, indirect, punitive, consequential or special damages of any kind,
including, but not limited to lost revenue or profits, regardless of the type of
action, whether in contract or tort (including negligence) or otherwise, even
if we has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall
the maximum liability exceed the product price.
ART COMPLIANCE
We assume no liability for trademark and copyright infringements on
customer supplied artwork. Material submitted is assumed to be in
compliance with applicable laws. Distributor agrees to hold harmless and
defend us against all costs and expenses as a result of any legal action,
including reasonable attorney fees and expenses.

Vinyl Banners
Single sided banners are a perfect choice for durable, weather resistant short-term
signage for your special event. Hems and grommets are included for a neat,
finished look and ease of hanging.
Material: Durable white PVC Vinyl available in 13 ounce weight. Finish is High Gloss.
Common and Available Sizes: Any size banner up to 96” (8 feet) x 1800”
(150 feet). Common: 24” x 96”, or 36” x 120” inches.
Finishing: All banners include grommets and 4 heat-sealed hems.
Printing: This product is printed with a 4-color digital printing process.
All banners are printed on banner printers with 8 print heads. Mild solvent.
Usage: Indoor or Outdoor.
WINDOW CLINGS
Window clings are great alternative to outside sign limitations. This two-view
translucent cling advertises promotions and is easy to remove.
Material: This material is available in white (regular) and clear (for see-through
backgrounds). It is easy to apply, reposition and re-apply.
Common and Available Sizes: Most common window cling sizes are 18” x 24”, 22” x
28”, 24” x 36”, 48” x 36”, or 72” x 36”. Custom sizes are available.
Finishing: Comes with a removable back for easy application.
Printing: This product is printed with a 4-color digital printing process using a U.V. ink.
Usage: Inside or Outside of Glass.
Backlit Signs
Backlit signs are great when light is available from behind the sign. This non-adhesive material allows
background light to illuminate the printed image.
Material: This material is a water-resistant single-sided front print backlit film. Outstanding print surface
for backlit signage and resolution.
Common and Available Sizes: Any size up to 36” x 50 feet. Common: 18” x 14”, 22” x 28”, or 24” x 36”.
Finishing: Signs are cut to your size specifications. Wall hanging front-load frames are also available. Call
for availability.
Printing: This product is printed with a 4-color digital printing process using a U.V. ink.
Usage: Indoor and outdoor light box and open frame applications.
Magnetic Signs
Magnetic signage is ideal for a removable advertisement.
Great for when a temporary sign is desired on a magnet-friendly metal body.
Material: Signage is a 30 mil flexible vinyl coated magnetic sheeting.
Excellent for a vehicle removable advertisement.
Common and Available Sizes: Any size up to 24” x 50 feet. Common: 18” x 12”, 24” x 12”.
Printing: This product is printed with a 4-color digital printing process using a U.V. ink.
Single sided or double sided printing is available.

Posterboard signs are an inexpesive way to get your message across in a big way! This rigid material
stands up well where paper is too flimsy. Add a laminate coating for extra protection and strength.
Material: This material is a 24 point solid bleach cover board, coated on both sides, with a 90 brightness.
This gloss stock has excellent color brilliance and image definition.
Common and Available Sizes: 8.5” x 11”, 17” x 11”, 22” x 28”, or 24” x 36”.
Finishing: Lamination is available on this product for color enhancement and longevity.
This product also has grommets available.
Printing: This product is printed with a 4-color digital printing process.
Single side and double sided four color printing is available using a U.V. ink.
Usage: Indoor or outdoor with lamination encapsulation.
Styrene Signs
When weather resistance is important, Styrene makes an excellent
choice for signage. Printable on 2 sides, this material will make your
image pop!
Material: White Styrene, 40 mil in thickness. Also available in 20 mil and
3 mm PVC board.
Common and Available Sizes: 11” x 17”, 17” x 22”, 22” x 28”, or 24” x 36”.
Printing: This product is printed with a 4-color digital printing process
using a U.V. ink.
Finishing: Square cut to size.

LAWN SIGNS
Coroplast is a high-quality polypropylene formulated especially for indoor
and outdoor applications. It is waterproof and stain resistant. Please note the
direction of flutes when ordering.
Material: White Coroplast.
Common and Available Sizes: Any size is available, up to 48” x 96”.
Common: 12” x 18”, 22” x 28”, 24” x 24”, or 24” x 36”.
Finishing: Square cut to size.
Printing: This product is printed with a 4-color digital printing process using a
U.V. ink. Single sided or double sided printing is available.
Usage: Indoor and Outdoor.
Foam Core
Foam Core signs are a great way to add class to indoor signs. Rigid, lightweight, and printable on both sides,
this type of sign works well hanging on a wall, or suspended to view from both sides.
Material: Foam Core is a paper-faced foam board. It is comprised of extruded polystyrene foam with
clay coated white paper facers that are 3/16 inch thick. It is lightweight and has a reputation for indoor
performance.
Common and Available Sizes: Any size is available, up to 48” x 32”.
Common: 1” x 17”, 17” x 22”, 22” x 28”, or 24” x 36”.
Printing: This product is printed with a 4-color digital printing process using a U.V. ink. Single sided or
double sided printing is available.
Usage: Indoor only.
Rigid material
METAL PARKING SIGNS
