(May 13, 2015) – The NorthWest Arkansas Community College Foundation will present an informational session on June 2 regarding “Tropical Costa Rica,” a nineday trip to the Central American nation planned for 2016. The session will begin at 5:30 p.m. June 2 in the third floor Board of Trustees room in Burns Hall on the Bentonville campus. The Costa Rica trip will be Feb. 20-28, 2016. Through a partnership with Collette, a respected travel organization, a portion of the travel fare supports the NWACC Foundation. The tour highlights include San Jose, Doka Coffee Estate, Guanacaste, Monteverde Cloud Forest, Arenal Volcano, Lake Arenal Cruise, Cano Nego Refuge, and Tortuguero National Park. The nine-day trip includes 14 meals. An optional four days, three-night Jungle Adventure post-tour extension is available.
