2 buildings. Over 100 designers. The ultimate shopping treat!
We’re all set to open our doors for you to explore our 2 fascinating Victorian studio buildings in the heart of London’s
historic Clerkenwell. Both venues are located within convenient strolling distance - start your visit in Clerkenwell Green
and find St John’s Square just 2 minutes away.
Our bi-annual Made in Clerkenwell: Open Studios will take place in May, during London Craft Week, a brand new annual event
putting craftsmanship centre stage of the world’s creative capital.
Avoid the high street and opt for handmade! Shop for ready-to-wear fashion, jewellery, accessories, ceramics,
printmaking, illustration and interior products by over 100 selected UK designer-makers. Choose a gift, commission a
unique piece, find a bespoke design service or just browse... Whether you can spare an hour or a whole day, mingle with
the makers in the studios where they work their magic. One ticket allows unlimited access over 4 days, including
Thursday’s launch event and Friday’s late night shopping.
As well as showcasing designers who have studios at Craft Central, we cherry-pick members of our national Network of
makers to Pop Up in our exhibition spaces.

LONDON CRAFT WEEK www.londoncraftweek.com
London Craft Week is a new annual event which showcases exceptional craftsmanship through a journey-of-discovery
programme featuring hidden workshops, lesser known makers and highly specialised skills alongside famous shops,
galleries and luxury brands.
Founded on the ethos of making, London Craft Week aims to introduce the talent, people and techniques behind
beautifully made things to a wider audience. They will be able to experience craft not just as static branded objects in
smart shops but understand the context of how they were made, why they are special and even have a try themselves.
London Craft Week is independent, not-for-profit and supported by founding partner Vacheron Constantin and strategic
partners Arts Council England as well as the Mayor of London, the Crafts Council, Walpole and the Heritage Crafts
Association.
