Booth Information:
Vendor set-up begins at 2pm on July 5th, 2015.
Vendor space size is 10x10
(Contact us if more space is needed)
Vendors supply their own tables, chairs, canopy and fire extinguishers.
A fire extinguisher must be in each booth at all times.
Booths will be open from 4pm-8pm.
At least one adult (over 18 years of age) must be present in each
booth during “open” hours.
Tear down must be completed by 9:00pm.
General information:
This is a free event for local groups & organizations. We want this to
be a fun way to help each group fundraise and become known in the
community.

The Pickle Run Planning Committee/City of Galion reserves the right to
reject any contract. It is understood that the undersigned, by participating
in this event, will comply with the Rules and Regulations of the City of
Galion. Also, the undersigned will be responsible for insurance and
local/state/federal taxes. This event may be canceled in case of inclement
weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
For and in consideration of the opportunity to participate in this City of
Galion event, I/We the undersigned, discharge and covenant to hold
harmless the City of Galion and the Pickle Run Planning Committee, its
successors, officers, employees, and agents of and from any and all actions,
causes of action, claims, demands, costs, loss of services, expenses and
compensation on or account of or in any way growing out of any and all
personal injury or property damage, which may occur as a result of
participation in the aforementioned event.
