JOB DESCRIPTION:
Cotleur & Hearing has been providing professional services in the disciplines of Landscape Architecture, Residential
Landscape Design/Build and Land Planning in beautiful South Florida for over 25 years.
Immediate opening. Candidates should demonstrate strong motivation, communication and graphic skills and enjoy
working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with similarly driven colleagues. Cotleur & Hearing specializes in
traditional landscape architecture with design portfolio services which includes: Land Planning, Transportation, Civic,
Commercial, Institutional and Residential projects. Our reputation is based on strong project management and high quality
designs.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• 0-5 years of professional experience
• Excellent communication
• Demonstrates self-motivation and the ability to work independently as well as within a team structure
• Strong AutoCAD skills (2011 or later) required
• South Florida plant knowledge desired
• Adobe Photoshop and Trimble Sketchup skills a plus
• Professional registration desired but not required
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program.
