Peet JHS
For Our Sixth Grade Families!
Please mark your calendars for these important dates
concerning one of the most important transitions for your
child – the big “step up” to 7th grade.
PLANNING A SUMMER MOVE???
If you know that you will be moving this summer out of
Conroe ISD for the 2015-2016 school year, there is a
form that must be filled out and returned to Cryar’s
registrar, Viki Canales.
Summer Mover forms may be picked up in the front
office and consist of two pages which must be filled out
completely, signed, and dated. You can also print the
forms from the Cryar website.
*May 15th: Schedule change requests will not be accepted
after this date.
August 14th: Peet JHS Cub Camp will be held from 4:00 to
6:00 p.m. This is a time to pick up class schedules, locker
assignments, and textbooks.
Physicals for sports, cheerleaders, and Dancing Dolls: If
your 7th grader-to-be did not get the mandatory physical on
April 29th for participation in the above activities, please note
that you must take your child to your family physician to get
this done. Forms, which the doctor must fill out, may be
picked up in the Cryar front office until May 15th. After that
date, you will need to either print the forms online or contact
Peet at 936-709-3700 for the forms. You will also need to
return the completed forms to Peet before school begins.
5th Grade Field Day Chaperones Needed
5th field day
Attention, Students and Parents:
Our Lost and Found is running over, and all items
of clothing not picked up by Thursday, June 4th,
will be donated to the Conroe Assistance League.
Parents, if you would like to search the clothing
rack for any items your child is missing, get a
visitor’s badge from the front office and proceed to
the cafeteria. The Lost and Found rack is past the
trophy case on the left.
Wednesday, May 20th
Parents, if you wish to chaperone on field day,
please make sure you communicate this to your
child’s teacher no later than the date listed below.
This date will give the teachers time to verify that
your volunteer application has been approved.
5th deadline
Wednesday, May 6th
