Lease Renewal/Reporting Schedule: 2015-2016
There are several ways to renew your lease; report to the Office of Housing
Services located on the 1st floor of Bard Hall, following the schedule below. Three
specific days have been scheduled for each building, however early morning
Tuesdays (7:00am) and late evening Wednesdays (5:00pm-7:00pm) have been
added for your convenience. Please bring your CUMC I.D. and a pen with you.
For students who hold an Apt Shares Lease, it is recommended that you and your
roommates report at the same time. There will be a 3.75% Rental Increase.
