INFO ON THE BEAVERTON MERCHANT HALL
Home of the Beaverton Flea, the Hall is a converted warehouse space that can host all manner of special
events. It has been updated with new lighting and neutral décor.
The hall is off the beaten track while still being in the center of Beaverton, minutes from HWY 26 and 217.
Over 500 parking spaces and the Beaverton Central MAX stop are available within 400 ft of the Space. We
have a loading dock and ramps into the space.
Table rental is also available as needed.
Challenges of the space are that there is no heating/cooling but the space stays pretty even because of the
cement block construction. Additionally there is a single bathroom on site so additional portable units might
be necessary for very large groups.
The space can be rented out for a single day or up to a week.
Single day rental is $125 Friday-Sunday, $80 Monday-Thursday for the full Hall. Discounts are available for 3
day rentals and partial space use. We have 30 6ft tables that can be made available for an additional charge.
We can also help with promoting your events through our developing social network. Additional fees may
apply.
Currently the space is occupied on the 2nd and 4th Friday and Saturday of each month for the Beaverton Flea.
