CYBERSPONSE TO UTILIZE ELASTICSEARCH TO ORGANIZE DATA FOR
INCIDENT RESPONSE
Elasticsearch is Integrated into the Cybersponse Security Operations Platform (CSOP)
SCOTTSDALE, Arizona – CyberSponse, a leader in cybersecurity management and incident response
software technology, announces the integration of Elasticsearch into the upcoming version 3.1 of the
CyberSponse Security Operations Platform (CSOP). CSOP is a scalable and innovative software
platform that empowers operations and incident response teams to proactively identify and neutralize
cybersecurity threats quickly.
Organized and correlated data is essential to effective incident response. However, data is created and
gathered in disparate ways and in a variety of formats. Many industries and large corporations, including
financial institutions, still transmit and store reports in various document-based formats. These reports
are rich in operational and cybersecurity data, but managing, indexing, and searching these documents in
the context of ongoing security operations is often an insurmountable challenge.
By combining CSOP with Elasticsearch, CyberSponse has solved this challenge. “Security teams are
