Hello Elmwood Families! - Naperville Community Unit School
Hello Elmwood Families! Keep informed by checking out Elmwood’s web page at: http://d203.schoolwires.net/Domain/9 Elmwood Visitor Identification Procedure In an effort to make Elmwood School (along with the other 13 District Elementary Schools) the safest place possible for our children, your cooperation in observing the following procedure is vital to the safety of our children. All parents and visitors entering Elmwood School will now be required to show their driver’s license or state identification card when signing your child out of the office. Please continue to wear a red apple visitor sticker at all times while in the school building or on the school grounds. We recognize and know most of you. Please realize we are following District procedure and anything to keep our students safe is a good thing. Thank you for you your cooperation. Staff News Please join us in congratulating Linda Griffin, Robin Green, Nancy Kendzora, Mary Kirby and Becky Madawick on their retirement at the end of this school year. Home & School will be having a special celebration on May 28th 2:40 – 4:00 in the Eagle’s Lair. Please stop by to wish them well. We also wish some additional staff members best wishes as they pursue new opportunities for the 2015-2016 school year. The most current staff list for the 2015-2016 school year can be found on our Elmwood web page tomorrow morning. Safety Update regarding drop off/pick up lanes Please ensure that everyone arrives and leaves school safely everyday by obeying all signs and signals. Please stay in the proper lanes and pull ahead accordingly. Only drop off/pick up your children in designated drop off/pick up lanes.
