ALL OTHER CONCERNED:
1. In preparation for the coming advance training courses for outfit advisors and leaders of
adults on May 8-14, 2015 at Garcia Park, Garcia Hernandez, Bohol, all identified
participants as stated in Division Memorandum No. 135, s. 2015 are hereby called for an
orientation meeting on April 10, 2015 at BSP Bohol Council Headquarter, CPG Ave,
Tagbilaran City. The meeting will start at 8:00 AM. Please see the attached list of
participants to this activity.
2. Meals, travelling and other related expenses of the participants to this activity shall be
taken from school MOOE/SEF/BSP sustaining membership ticket percentage share and
other local funds subject to the accounting and auditing rules and regulations.^
