Deterrent Security is managed by a highly
competent and experienced team having
spent many years serving within the UK’s
elitist unit and instructing at the highest
level within the Armed Forces. We now
combine the military ethos with the realities

Recent acts of criminality, some involving violence in the area, have highlighted the threats faced as a result
of targeted crime. Many residents already support the benefits of a professional private security service
that provides them ‘peace of mind’ and an enhanced level of security. It has been evidenced that risks can
be mitigated through a visible deterrent and an ability to respond swiftly in the event of an incident.
For operational reasons we limit the number of residences per scheme and ensure that all are within close
proximity to meet our emergency call out response times.
We operate two levels of service, Standard & Enhanced.

EMERGENCY CALL OUT EXPLAINED: Our officers carry an emergency phone for use by our residents in case of emergencies only, which can
be called during normal operating hours, 365 days a year. Our officers will then immediately respond to your needs by taking the appropriate
action that is relevant to the situation. They will advise you and your family and liaise with all the necessary emergency services.
MEET & GREET EXPLAINED: Residents can arrange a ‘meet and greet’ service by calling our designated phone during normal operational
hours, 365 days a year. Residents have ‘peace of mind’ knowing that when either leaving or returning to their property one of our Officers will
be close by, deterring any potential attackers who have become increasingly brazen by hiding in bushes inside or outside of properties. (Please
note, if an Emergency Call Out service is taking place, this will always take precedence over our Meet & Greet service)
*Your existing CCTV or intruder detection systems may require upgrading to receive this service; we can assist you with this if required.

Sadly the world in which we now live in there are increasing amounts of crimes committed against
residential properties and their owners, leading to a growing concern from high net worth individuals &
families being targeted.
Our Officers carry hand held thermal
imaging cameras, to detect the presence
of an intruder trying to hide night or day.
DETER
1. SECURITY SIGNS - Our residential security warning signs have been designed and worded in a way
to deter criminals from entering your property or neighbourhood. (Please see example)
2. DOGS - Where in agreement, we use general purpose guard dogs all with very experienced
handlers, many of whom are ex-Police or Military that saturate the scheme area.
3. VIDEO CAMERAS - Our Officers carry the same body worn video cameras as the Police, these
devices are proven to act as a deterrent with the front facing screens reducing aggression and abuse,
they also provide any future evidence for legal proceedings and allow us to identify anyone acting
suspiciously to the Police.
DETECT
1. THERMAL IMAGING CAMERAS - All our Officers carry hand held thermal imaging cameras
detecting the presence of intruder’s trying to hide day or night.
2. LIVE INTRUDER DETECTION CCTV - Where applicable CCTV analytics can be deployed and is
monitored live upon human movement specified between certain hours from an external recognised
monitoring company. The Operator will then contact our officers who will immediately respond.
3. ALARM MONITORING - We are able to immediately react upon notification from your alarm
monitoring company. Our Officers will carry out a thorough search of your property and then report
back to you.

you are adequately
protected at all times.
1. SECURITY PERSONNEL – Our Security Officers have to meet our strict requirements before we
employ them, all are SIA (Security Industry Authority) Licensed and have been vetted to comply with
British Standards BS7858. They have been additionally trained by us in other areas of security, such
counter surveillance helping them to recognise criminals targeting properties.
2. PATROL MONITORING – To help protect your property and for your peace of mind we use guard
monitoring technologies. Our Officers touch a small RF tag with a compatible electronic device that
we discreetly place in the front external area of your property. This then enables us to receive accurate
patrol times and location logs that we can provide you with.
3. SECURITY PATROL DOGS – The use of highly trained security dogs is a very effective way in
protecting people and properties. Criminals, especially those in numbers do not think twice about
assaulting a lone security guard, but they nearly always flee when confronted by a security patrol dog.

Both security boards are designed and
worded to deter criminals from coming into
your neighbourhood or onto your property.
Each board has the relevant house number
located in the bottom right hand side of
the sign. The MET Police has welcomed
this, as it assists them and other emergency
services with locating the right property
should the need arise. We also supply
regular suspicious activity reports to the local
Police teams helping to reduce crime in your
neighbourhood.

Payment for the scheme is collected monthly
by Direct Debit from our accredited provider
GOCARDLESS.
