JOURNALISM LAW BBA DME From the Chairman's Desk We have established Delhi Metropolitan Education with a great amount of thought and ambition. We have started this institute with a shared vision to shape this generation and forthcoming generations, and to equip them with the knowledge and means to change their future and the destiny of this country. I am thankful to those who are joining us in this mission, and our team of experts is growing and becoming stronger each day. These experts have shined in their fields and are now keen on sharing their wisdom, knowledge, and experience with enthusiastic young minds. Our role is to provide them the platform to do so and facilitate the teaching-learning process. I see our name growing in the coming years and becoming synonymous with the pursuit of excellence. At DME, our endeavour is to develop and enhance professional capabilities, leadership skills, and carve out socially conscious citizens. We are developing not only a vibrant world-class academic infrastructure and ambience, but also a centre for cultural excellence and holistic development. Moreover, DME is a progressive institute, where, to quote the great Rabindranath Tagore, the mind is led forward. Shri Vipin Sahni Chairman Delhi Metropolitan Education A Chartered Accountant and Financial Advisor of repute by profession, Mr. Sahni has taken upon himself the mantle of an educationist to bring change in society by quality education in schools & colleges. DME From the Director-General's Desk At Delhi Metropolitan Education, we understand our responsibilities rather seriously. We teach our students not only their subjects but also preach them to build their overall personality so that they are capable of becoming very successful citizens of our society. In our School of Law, besides the legal teachings, we inspire our students, and that is our mission too, to become meritorious lawyers and excellent judges as also the successful business executives. It is a fact that most of the leaders across the world map have been the Law graduates. I can quote Abraham Lincoln, Barack Obama, Mischel Obama, our great leaders Mahatama Gandhi, Dr. Rajendra Prasad, Pt. Jawahar Lal Nehru, Dr. Ambedkar, Sardar Patel and Moti Lal Nehru. In so far as the faculty-wise result is concerned, the performance of our students is excellent and it is because our teachers – senior or junior, take individual care of their taughts so as to resolve all their queries. We interact with our students at personal level and tell them about the moral values and the principles of life which would lead them to the top of their career and these teachings we extend across all the courses. That apart, we tell them about the great lives of famous lawyers and judges, great politicians, eminent journalists and renowned business executives so that our students can derive something worth emulating. All the great statesmen of the world have indicated their individual leadership qualities. It is the human tendency to follow the best of others. Our students have excelled in sports, debates and conferences. The trophies and the prizes they bagged is indicative of their personality development. I, on behalf of the Sunshine Educational and Development Society, wish all current and prospective students, great success.
