Process inbound secure messages automatically
DirectConnect Gateway polls multiple direct addresses
for inbound messages and automatically retrieves those
messages, processes them according to rules, then
notifies users when they have a document for viewing.
Process outbound secure messages manually
or automatically
DirectConnect Gateway looks for outbound messages
from all systems and applications, then routes them
securely to the appropriate recipient. Outbound messages
can be handled manually or automatically, based on
established trigger events such as an inpatient discharge,
emergency department visit, etc.
