 INTERACTIVE SERVICES:
Smart Devices are controlled by ZigBee
protocol technology for Thermostats, Lighting Controls, and Lock
Controls, are managed by the ipDatatel Gateway 2.0.
The Gateway 2.0 is capable of managing up to nine (9) HVAC Thermostat
Controls, twenty-five (25) Lighting Controls, and five (5) Lock Controls.
The Gateway 2.0 can accompany the BAT, WiFi BAT, and Cellular BAT. The Gateway can be installed independently for HVAC,
Lighting, Lock controls, and Video management, which does not require the use of any of the BAT products, unless HVAC
control is desired when arming/disarming the alarm for energy savings.
The Virtual Keypad applications operate on iPad, iPhone, or Andriod platforms, and most common browsers. The smartphone
connects in about five seconds and provides remote access to HVAC, Lighting, and Lock options, and Video feeds. The
application “ ipFob “ is free to download at the Apple App Store or Android / Google Play. ipFob is available with dealer branding.
 VIDEO INTEGRATION: The Gateway 2.0 provides the latest innovative technology in the way it can deliver live streaming video.
The product supports most any IP Cameras equipped with API, including such brands as Axis, Foscam, Asagio, and Hikvision.
ipDatatel provides the unique process† of the IP Camera communicating directly with your customer’s smartphone or tablet. This
process eliminates the need for port forwarding, which poses a security risk. An illustration of this process is printed on the reverse side.
 EASY INSTALLATION: The Gateway 2.0 connects to the customer’s router/switch using a standard RJ45 connection, and comes
complete with a low-voltage power transformer. The product automatically seeks an IP address, and there is no programming
required for the router/switch. The Gateway 2.0 has up to a 50-foot range with Z-Wave and ZigBee Smart Devices. The product
also seeks Smart Devices so they can easily be enrolled into the system. Each device can be labeled with a thermostat, light
switch, or lock icon and have a friendly (programmable) name associated with each device for easy identification. Additionally,
up to six (6) cameras can be enrolled for real-time viewing.
 FIRMWARE UPGRADEABLE: All of ipDatatel products are firmware upgradable over the Internet.
