ICD10 Training Information for Clinical
ICD-10 Training Information for Employed, Clinical Enterprise Physicians:
ICD-10 go-live will take place on October 1, 2015. We are all working to ensure that everyone is prepared and informed
in the transition to ICD-10 and we request that you partner with us to ensure our mutual success. As you know, coding
is the language of health care data, including outcomes, quality and safety data and hospital and physician practice
billing functions.
We invite you to access Precyse, a series of general and specialty-specific online clinical documentation and ICD-10
training modules that Seton is providing at no cost.
Practicing Seton medical staff physician leaders selected HealthStream Precyse software as the best training resource for
physicians to learn new ICD-10 documentation procedures. HealthStream Precyse offers online training modules
convenient for physicians to access on their own time, from anywhere. There are six core courses and numerous other
