Billing
Claims are generated using customizable rules-based grids

requirements. The flexibility of the grid system enables you to enter
limitless claim submission scenarios, and it allows your practice
to make changes to address future payer changes and government
mandates. Lytec 2014 allows you to specify whether the carrier
is using ICD-9 or ICD-10, and it provides warning if you enter the
wrong code. These capabilities help to both save time and reduce
coding errors. It’s also easy to set the new code when you add new
carriers.
Revenue Management
Easily track, measure and collect payment for the services you
provide in less time than you thought possible. The revenue
management feature in Lytec 2014 enables you to check for errors
with pre-claim editing before you submit your claims for payment.
The revenue management feature also checks for insurance
eligibility before a service is performed. With Lytec, the electronic
remittance advice (ERA) is translated and displayed in an intuitive
window that allows the biller to review the payment information,
make changes if necessary, and post each individual payment and
adjustment.
