Carolyn J. Wukitch

Carolyn Wukitch is responsible for the financial performance, strategic direction, and management of McKesson
Health Solution’s (MHS) software solution portfolio for network management and payment management
products.
Under her leadership, MHS’s network and payment management solutions have expanded their market
presence to where they are now accepted by 90% of the top 25 health plans in the U.S., covering approximately
160 million lives. Ms. Wukitch implemented a strong portfolio management process that fostered highly
effective cross-functional planning and organizational readiness for bringing products to market. She also
oversaw the creation of an innovative solution suite that supports the industry’s transition to value-based
reimbursement, as part of a 2012 acquisition and integration of Portico Systems.
Earlier, Ms. Wukitch held a variety of product management and customer service positions at McKesson Health
Solutions. She began her career at Geisinger Medical Center after earning her BS at the University of Pittsburgh.
