We welcome you to the DPS family at Secunderabad!! We are sure that you are as
excited as we are about the commencement of the Academic Session 2015-16.
In this regard, we request you to note the following:
I) School commences for new admissions of Classes II to IX on Monday, 16 March
2015.

Please ensure that your ward reports to school at 9:00 a.m. (only on day one) on
Monday, 16 March 2015 in school uniform. Please hand over your ward to the
staff on duty at the registration table. Your ward’s section allotment will be
intimated to you through an SMS.

Please submit the Transfer Certificate (original) and a copy of the Report Card
issued by the previous school at the Registration table.

Please note that the school timings from Monday, 16 March 2015 till the
commencement of Summer Vacations will be 7:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

If your ward has not completed the academic session in the previous school,
please inform us through an email and await further instructions for fresh dates.
II) Orientation Programs for Classes III, VI & IX will be held as per the schedule
given in the grid below. Kindly attend the Orientation to familiarize yourself
with the norms of the school.

The timings for the Orientation will be intimated through an SMS

Please note that the Orientation is exclusively for parents. We request you to
kindly make arrangements for your ward. Children are NOT permitted to attend
the Orientation Program.

III) Details regarding text books, stationery, uniforms and shoes are given below:

Text books, note books and belts will be available at the school premises between
09:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Please refer to the grid given below for dates and
timings. The prices of books range from `3,000 to `5,000 approx.

