Prof. Vanessa Knapp OBE Company Law and Corporate Governance Consultant Kate Elsdon Subsidiary Governance Kate Elsdon of PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal will look at how boards are handling the risk of inadequate governance of their subsidiaries, focusing on specific actions by boards to mitigate that risk. Corporate Values and Standards Prof. Paul Moxey of London South Bank University will cover the issues surrounding corporate culture and the measures which boards should be putting in place in order effectively to set the tone from the top.
