How to enter and participate: Listen to Energy 106.9 beginning Friday, March 27 at 5pm through Sunday, March
29 at 11:59pm for the keyword to enter. Once you hear it text it to 77000. Five winners will be randomly
selected from all correct entries on Monday, March 30, 2015 to win 2 tickets to see Kalin & Myles at the Rave on
April 4 AND meet and greet passes, retail value $51. No purchase necessary.
Entry deadline: Entries will be accepted until 11:59pm on Sunday, March 29, 2015.
When prizes can be won: Prizes will be won on Monday, March 30, 2015.
The extent, nature, and prize value: The prize is 2 tickets, approximate retail value $25.50 each, to see Kalin &
Myles at the Rave on April 4, 2015 and meet and greet passes.
Time and means of winner selection: Five winners will be randomly selected and contacted via text message on
Monday, March 30, 2015.
Basis for valuation of the prize: The prize is 2 tickets, approximate retail value $25.50 each, to see Kalin &
Myles at the Rave on April 4, 2015 and meet and greet passes.The total prize pack has an approximate retail
value of $51.
When prizes will be awarded: We will make reasonable efforts to award prizes within 30 days of winning.
Eligibility restrictions: WNRG contests are open to all eligible Wisconsin residents 18 or older who have not
won anything on WNRG in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one
winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an
ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.
Employees of WNRG, Lakefront Communications LLC, and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications,
Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and
employees of all media of mass communication within a one hundred mile radius of WNRG’s main studio are not
eligible to win any contest. Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents,
brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also
includes individuals for whom the employee is current legal guardian.
General: All decisions of WNRG Energy 106.9 are final, and shall be binding in all respects. Entry into this contest
constitutes permission to use the name or likeness of each prize winner for advertising, trade, and publicity
purposes without prior approval and without prior approval and without additional compensation. Additionally,
listeners who opt-in acknowledge and give WNRG Energy 106.9 permission to share their information with
sponsors.
Messages sent to and from Energy 106.9 are identified by the SHORTCODE, 77000. Messages may contain a
sponsor message. No purchase is necessary, but standard text message rates apply. You can opt out of
messaging by texting “stop” to 77000. If you opt out and then enter another text contest, you must opt out
again. You can enter contests with keywords, which will change regularly. Keywords will be announced on-air
and/or on the website and/or in an email blast and/or texted to those signed up to receive texts. We may
disqualify ineligible entrants or those who tamper with the entry process. We are not responsible for any factor
affecting the availability or performance of the text messaging service.
