Notes:
1. Teacher made exams will be given in 2 parts during the student’s regular
class period. Students must attend both testing sessions.
2. If a senior has a conflict with a CTE exam and a teacher made exam, they
are to take the CTE exam at the designated time and make arrangements
with their teacher to make up the teacher made exam.
3. If a senior has a conflict with an AP/IB exam and a teacher made exam,
they are to take the AP/IB exam at the designated time and make
arrangements with their teacher to make up the teacher made exam.
4. Seniors are expected to attend all classes through May 22, 2015 even if
they are exempt or have completed the final.
5. Teacher Made (non-CTE & non-EOC) make-up exams will be administered
by appointment with the teacher on the assigned days. Only excused
absences will be considered.
6. Students must be present at the beginning of each exam period to take the
exam. Students must be present for the entire exam period to receive credit
for the exam.
7. In all courses with an End-of-Course (EOC) test, the EOC test shall
count as 25% of the student’s final grade. In courses with a CTE exam
or a teacher made exam, the final exam shall count as 20% of the
student’s final grade.
