1. Due to the change in model availability from Motorola, you may propose the replacement to the
XPR6550 and the XPR6350 or equivalent radios.
2. Smartphone access to two districtwide channels is requested. It will be an option on the bid.
3. Battery backup per site with 3-4 hours of runtime with load. It will be an option on the bid.
4. Increase total quantity of Portable radios to 80.
5. Quantities for Portable radios:
a. Display – 22
b. Non-Display – 58
6. FCC License must cover 2 district-wide coverage frequencies and 4-5 site local talk-around
frequencies to be shared among the 5 sites.
7. Cost breakdown is required on revised bid proposal.
8. Revised Bid Form dated March 18, 2015 supersedes all previous bid forms.

ACCEPTANCE
This offer shall be open to acceptance and is irrevocable for three (3) calendar days
from the bid closing date. The school district would like to complete this project by
Friday, July 31, 2015 but understands that it may need to work with the successful
bidder if this schedule cannot be met.
The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Certificate of Insurance meeting or
exceeding the minimum coverage as indicated in the Bid Specifications within five (5)
business days of the bid award.
3.
HOURS FOR WORK
The undersigned certifies that he/she will schedule the work to conform to the school
system’s operations and that the work will be performed during mutually agreed upon
hours.
