The organisers reserve the right to cancel, combine and restrict classes and classes may not run in scheduled order. 3. Telephonic entries or entries unaccompanied by the correct entry fees will NOT be accepted. Late entries and/or late payments will be subject to a penalty of R50. 4. No dogs please. 5. Hard hats and boot/shoes with a heel must be worn at all times whilst riding on the showground. 6. Horses may compete in a maximum of two tests per day. 7. Spot checks will be done to check bits, tack etc. Passports must be available for inspection on request. 8. A stallion must have a yellow identification disc on his bridle. 9. A horse/pony may only be ridden by the competitor in the warm-up.
