2015 Hotel and car rental programs
There are a couple of changes to the hotel and car rental program for 2015.
To enhance the global hotel program and to extend coverage for those cities/countries
that are not part of the global hotel program, ExxonMobil has entered into a new global
chain-wide agreement with Accor, Hyatt and Starwood hotels. While not all hotel
properties may be participating in this program, it offers a wider range of choice for
accommodations.
There is no longer a complete listing available of hotels where the company may have
negotiated corporate rates, either within Canada or globally. Once you have selected
your hotel at your destination, all you need to do is inquire directly with the hotel whether
they provide the ExxonMobil discount for annuitants.
The company’s negotiated corporate rates for car rental is with National.

2015 Hotel information

Corporate hotel rates have been negotiated with key properties in cities around the
world where business volumes are significant. The Company’s negotiated rates
at most hotels are available to employees and annuitants for personal travel.

One continuous list of hotels (in Canada or globally) that offers negotiated rates to
employees or annuitants is not available.

A Chain-Wide discount program is also available which is supplemental to the global
hotel program, but not all properties within a given chain participate. Where available,
this can be used globally by any annuitant of ExxonMobil or an affiliate.

If an annuitant is interested in a specific hotel in the area they are travelling to they
need to inquire with the hotel directly if the ExxonMobil corporate discount is available
to annuitants.

Reservations must be made directly with the hotel by the annuitant.

Annuitant ID may be requested by the hotel, it is suggested that annuitants present
their prescription drug card as proof of identification.
2015 Car rental

Eligible renters for personal use include any employee or annuitant of Imperial Oil
Limited and ExxonMobil Canada and their immediate family (defined as spouse and
children living at home).

In Canada, the negotiated rates do not include insurance for personal use. In the
United States, the negotiated rates do include LDW coverage for personal use when
booked with proper discount #.

Personal reservations can be made directly with National at 1-800-227-7368. The
corporate Contract Discount Number (XZ16039) must be quoted in order to obtain
the negotiated rates and to benefit from all the terms and conditions under the
contract.

When picking up the vehicle, Imperial Oil or ExxonMobil Canada identification may be
required.
