Dear S.A. Scale Model Expo Trader,
Firstly thank you for your support of the S.A. Scale Model Expo (SASME). As you would
be aware SASME has been the major modeling event in South Australia for over 30
years, it has been a solid success offering a showcase for some of Australia’s best scale
models.
We are moving, to a new, venue:
Immanuel College, 32 Morphett Road, Novar Gardens, SA
A purpose designed auditorium that is air-conditioned, carpeted, security
patrolled and offers ample, free of charge, off street parking.
This major upgrade in venue for the SASME comes at a cost which SASME has to be
pay well in advance, due to this we ask that your Trader/Sponsorship fees be paid at the
time of registration please. Despite the substantially more expensive venue we have
held our fees to that of previous years.
A key ingredient for this success has been the diversity and support of our model traders
and the modelling community. SASME aims to continue to support our Traders and to
this end will continue to restrict Trader entry to SASME to ABN holders only. Traders do
not compete with private sellers.
Your continued support will allow the organising committee to progress our goals of
expanding the SASME in size and scope. We will expand upon the paid promotional
advertising of previous years to promote this new chapter of the SASME.

TRADER PAYMENTS
Cancellations made within fourteen (14) days prior to SASME will require
payment in full.
Please pay your trader / sponsorship fees by the date stipulated on the
registration form. This is required due to our need to pay the event’s
major costs “up front”.
If paying by cheque please make your cheque payable to SAPMA.
A receipt will be issued to you for your payment.
Trade fees are $100.00 per trestle / site (max. number of trestles is 3).
Nb. a discount on trestle fees will only be made available to any
trader who undertakes to sponsor at least one technical judged
category (or a major award / trophy).
All products and display material is to be limited to your allocated site /
area. Use of additional floor space will be monitored and charged at $30
per trestle space.
Traders restricted to ABN holders only, with a bonafide hobby business.
Excessive display lighting (including flood lights) is not permitted as they
greatly detract from the model display.
Please contact me if you require access to a power-point for sales
processing purposes.
Formal demonstrations at trade sites are not encouraged due to foot traffic
congestion and/or safety concerns.
We reserve the right to allocate trade locations and the number of trestles
at our discretion and in the best interests of the overall event.
Each trader is responsible for stock / product control. The organising
committee does not accept responsibility for the loss or damage of any
goods before, during and after the EXPO.
Trader sites must open for trade during public hours on both days.

How to Get There
 Enter via main driveway off Morphett Rd. The Auditorium is on
the left as you approach.
Access
The Auditorium (Immanuel College) is located within the school grounds. There
is direct access to the Auditorium from the front of the building.
Parking
Short term Trader drop off / unloading parking is available at the front parking
area. Long term parking is available at the rear parking area at the rear of the
building. – No more parking fines!
