Stretch: This class will ease muscle tension, increase flexibility and range of motion. You will feel relaxed and rejuvenated. (30 min) Body Pump®: A revolutionary weight training workout that strengthens, tones and defines every muscle in your body. Body Pump is suitable for men and women of all ages and fitness levels. It is a resistance training program that burns fat and sculpts the body into lean muscles without bulking up. (60 min) Fitness Yoga: This is a flowing Vinyasa-style Hatha yoga class that links movement to breath to strengthen muscles, increase flexibility and reduce stress. This class can be customized for any body type or fitness level. (50 minutes) Yoga4Kids: The benefits of this class are improved strength, flexibility, coordination, posture, concentration and selfesteem. Ages 3-12 and parents welcome. (30 minutes) Group Cycling: Let your imagination wonder as the instructor leads you on a journey of long flats, hill climbs and sprint intervals. A towel, water bottle, comfortable workout clothes and smile are all that you need to participate in this class. (45-60 minutes) There are 15 participant bikes for each class so please pick up a bike number at the member services desk to reserve your spot. Insanity®: Insanity is a cardio-based total body conditioning class that will push you past your limits to get you in the best shape possible! The class is packed with intervals of strength, power, resistance and core training. No equipment or weights are used and all exercises have modifications to make this class suitable for all fitness levels. (50 min) Trouble Zone: This class will use a variety of equipment as well as your own body weight to sculpt and tone those stubborn trouble spots. (50 min) Pilates: This is a highly effective conditioning method that works your core, abdominals, lower back, thighs and hips. Each movement emphasizes purpose, body alignment and breathing. You will build strength, increase flexibility and deepen body awareness. (60 min) PiYo®: This class is a combination of Pilates and Yoga that will focus on strengthening and toning muscles while also increasing balance and flexibility using low intensity exercises suitable for all fitness levels. (60 min) SilverSneakers ® Classic: Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities of daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and balls are offered for resistance and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support. (45 min) Silver Sneakers Yoga®: This class is designed to challenge you physically and mentally with a variety of safe yoga exercises that you’ll do at your own pace. Using the chair for support, you will work on increasing flexibility, building endurance and care strength. (45 minutes). Zumba®: Shake it up with this fun, energetic hip shaking class. You won’t even realize you are working out – Classes feature exotic rhythms set to a high-energy Latin and international beats. Before participants know it, they’re getting fit and their energy levels are soaring! (50-60 min) KettleWorX®: This is a fast, fun & effective class that focuses on cardio, core and resistance. These classes will be offered in 60 minute and 30 minute options to make it work in your busy schedule. Kettlebell training will improve your cardio fitness, coordination, balance, bone density, muscular endurance, core stability and posture. XaBeat: This is a high intensity dance party class with easy to follow steps and great music. It is a great way to torch calories and still have fun while working out. (45-60 min) Paid Classes TRX ($): With a single piece of equipment you can perform endless Suspension exercises to achieve any fitness or performance goal. You are able to instantly modify resistance by adjusting body position, suspension training workouts are safe and effective for all people of all fitness levels. (30 minute class)
