Athena International Emerging Women Leader Fellowship Application The Athena International Emerging Women Leader Fellowship is awarded by Athena International (www.athenaleadershiporlando.com ). The award provides a stipend of $2,000 in the Fall semester to a full-time or part-time female graduate student with a strong academic record and leadership qualities.
