Wedding Photo Booth Policies PHOTO BOOTH POLICIES Unlimited Prints • Unlimited prints refers to the number of photos taken during the contracted run-‐
time of the event. Per group that enters the booth, one print ( of 2 strips ) will be printed. Guests can re-‐enter the booth later if they’d like to take more photos. • Unlimited prints does not mean we will print additional free prints after the event. Keeping the Line Moving If after taking their photos in the booth a group of guests want to do another round, we will let them stay in the booth and go again as long as no one else is waiting in line. If other guests are waiting to go into the booth, our policy is that anyone can come back later for more photos or get into the line, but if people are waiting to use the booth we do keep it moving to be fair. Outdoor Setups Client assumes risks associated with outdoor event: If you rent the photo booth for an outdoor event you are responsible for providing a location for the booth that has overhead covering; ex: under a patio, in garage, under a tent, etc. Photo Booth cannot operate in raining environment. If client’s requested spot for setup does not have overhead covering and it begins to rain, photo booth will be shut down and moved to another location and client will not receive this time back. If client has no backup location where photo booth can operate, then FINELINE has no choice but to pack up the photo booth and wait until rain has passed. Client will not receive this time back. In both scenarios, no money will be refunded. Requested Spot is Up Stairs Client must understand that the photo booth equipment is large and heavy. Our photo booth operators are both male and female and required to be able to setup the booth, but not required to carry this equipment upstairs. If you request that your photo booth be setup in a location that requires carrying the equipment up a set of steps with no elevator, then the photo booth operator will have to choose another location if they are unable to meet this request. No time will be added for any time lost while operator searches for another location to setup. Scrapbook Service • If your photo booth service with us includes a scrapbook service we will provide the following: 1 standard 12x12 scrapbook with 10 inserts and 10 double sided white scrapbook pages, double sided tape, markers, and a small portable table if necessary • After the wedding, couples / clients can easily remove their scrapbook pages and later insert into another 12x12 scrapbook that they would like to choose and purchase on their own. Since everyone’s taste is different, we use a standard scrapbook that features a simple, solid color cover. • There is no guarantee that a strip from every photo shot and printed during your event will make it into the scrapbook. o While we can direct your guests to put the strip in the scrapbook, we cannot control them or force them to do so. o Sometimes guests will grab both strips and walk away, or often kids use the booth and run off with their strips. It is not uncommon for a group of guests to go into the booth and take a group photo, and put that first strip into the scrapbook then ask to take a few more shots so that each member of the group has a strip to keep for themselves. The scrapbook will have 20 sides available for adding strips and messages and will eventually fill up. Because of the reasons posted above that there cannot be a guarantee that a copy of every strip printed goes into the scrapbook, we do make sure after the event that we produce a disc at our office with a digital copy of every photo taken. This will then be mailed to the client and is part of the service. Additionally, all digital images go into the online gallery for viewing as well. If a couple / client wishes to add more strips to their scrapbook in the future, they can easily use the disc of digital files to print out more strips and insert into their scrapbook. General 30 Day Policy After Event After the event, client has 30 days to address any concerns related to the services performed on the date of the event. If service includes post-‐production after the wedding, the 30 day policy extends until 30 days after client receives final product.
