Completed and signed Medical Waiver papers Video Tryouts We realize that it is not always practical to be physically present at tryouts, so we are allowing video tryouts. Please note that although we accept videos, you may be at a slight disadvantage as the coaches will not be able to evaluate the chemistry between you and the rest of the team. To combat this disadvantage, we may choose to have a Skype or FaceTime interview so we can get to know you. Since cuts are made and the team is selected the day of tryouts, it is critical that we receive your video and information by the date listed on the Video Tryouts document. All of the above eligibility requirements and documents still apply if you are trying out remotely.
